Overview
Our return and refund policy is valid for 14 days. If 14 days have elapsed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To return an item, it must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Some types of goods are not returnable. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines are not returnable. We also do not accept goods that are intimate or hygiene products, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable goods:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software
- Certain health and personal care products
A receipt or proof of purchase is required to make a refund.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are made:
- Book with obvious signs of use
- a CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette or vinyl record that has been opened
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts due to reasons beyond our fault
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refund of money
Once your return has been received and verified, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the acceptance or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and the credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially announced.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before the refund is posted.

Goods for sale
Only normal priced goods can be returned. Sale items cannot be returned.
Changes
We only replace goods if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email to info@dmdbox.com and send your item to: Darius and Gireno str. 149, Vilnius .
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when it was purchased and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. A gift certificate will be sent to you when the returned item is received.
If the item was not marked as a gift when it was purchased, or if the donor had to send the order to themselves so they could give it to you later, we will send a refund to the donor and they will be aware of your refund.
Sending a return
To return your item, you must send it to: Darius and Girėno str. 149, Vilnius.
You will be responsible for your own shipping costs when returning the product. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of sending the return will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for the replaced item to reach you may vary.
If you’re returning more expensive goods, you may want to consider using a tracking service or buying shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
